With everything going on right now, it’s easy to treat our weekends the same as our weekdays. So let’s come together to make our Sunday feel special.

Carve out conscious, meaningful time for yourself (or your household) and join Lily and Clem for a full day of home-retreating on Sunday 26th April.

The day will start with a short, grounding meditation followed by an invigorating morning flow. We will then take some time for a shared brunch before a calming afternoon of stress coaching and finishing up with gentle Restorative/Yin yoga.

Come alone or with a friend to enjoy the company and connection of being a part of this gathering online. Hosted in the comforts of your own home, even though we’re apart, we are connected as a whole (via Zoom).
