Yoga Brunch Club are putting special measures in place to ensure a safe and Covid secure environment. If you have tested positive, or have symptoms of Coronavirus, we would recommend that you do not attend an event (please see cancellation details below or get in touch for more details).
Cancellation by Yoga Brunch Club (retreat or event)
If your retreat or event has been cancelled by Yoga Brunch Club, you will receive either:
1. 100% of your retreat or event cost as a credit voucher to be used at any time in the future.
2. A full refund provided within 15 days.
We ask that you choose option 1 or seek a refund through your travel insurer (for retreats) if at all possible. This is because we pay a venue deposit which gets taken forward rather than refunded, therefore we’re asking you to kindly do the same.
Cancellation by you
Events:
Please note, we are a small independent business and have to pay fixed costs for venues and menus, therefore tickets are non-refundable and non-transferable. In the situation that you have to cancel your booking, we will try our best to resell your ticket. If we are able to do so, you will receive a refund minus a £10 admin fee.
Retreat:
In the event of cancellation for any reason, Yoga Brunch Club will try to resell your ticket. If we are able to do so, you will receive a refund minus a £50 admin fee. If we’re not able to resell the ticket, the following charges will be applied:
Cancellation more than 16 weeks before a booking commencement will receive 70% refund of the ticket price paid.
Cancellation less than 16 weeks before a booking commencement will receive 30% refund of the ticket price paid.
Cancellation less than 8 weeks before a booking commencement will receive 0% refund.
Failure to attend a booking will result in the full fee being retained.
Participants are strongly advised to provide their own personal, medical and cancellation insurance cover.
