Your Host + Yoga Teacher

CLEM BALFOUR

I’m Clem founder of the Yoga Brunch Club. I have been on a mission for the last 10 years to break down barriers and make yoga more accessible for everyone. Retreats are my favourite part of my work and the best way to spend a weekend. I like consider every detail of the weekend, from the moment you arrive you will feel welcomed, at ease and very well looked after. The Retreat is designed to give you the opportunity to pause, breathe, stretch, and have a whole weekend dedicated to switching off and away from the busy lives we all lead.

My yoga classes will never make you feel intimated, with the focus of the practice being on building a deeper connection with how you are feeling each day.

I want you to focus on moving in a way that feels good, rather than worrying about how it looks. Combining elements of Yin & Yang, you’ll leave each session and the retreat feeling grounded, empowered and rejuvenated .
