I am delighted to announce that the Yoga Brunch Club weekend retreat will be returning in July as a Virtual Retreat delivered straight to your doorstep.
I have teamed up with Detox Kitchen, Cloudia Hill and La Maison Wellness to deliver a weekend retreat to you at home. It is the perfect opportunity to reset, eat well and intentionally carve out sometime for yourself (which i think we all need at the moment)
This is very much a retreat open to all levels. If you have just taken a couple of classes and have always wanted to go on a retreat but never made the leap, or you have been practicing yoga for years, this is the perfect time to join me for a weekend of relaxation and delicious freshly cooked nourishing food.
Detox Kitchen will be delivering nutritious, wholesome food using good quality, seasonal ingredients cooked from scratch daily to you at home for the three days of the retreat.
There will be plenty of opportunities to get outside, morning and afternoon walks, yoga, inversion workshop, a mini cook along with Lily Simpson founder of Detox Kitchen. A Friday evening cocktail masterclass with La Maison Wellness. A chat with Rob Hobson, Nutritionist & Co-Author of the Detox Kitchen Bible.
Come alone or with a friend to enjoy the company and comfort of being a part of this small and intimate gathering. Hosted in comforts of your own home via zoom. Join me for a weekend of yoga, relaxation and nourishing food.
Daily Yoga
There will be daily yoga practices (6 in total) led by Clem Balfour, Cloudia Hill and Pip Barsanti.
Saturday and Sunday will open with a 90mins morning yoga class that will begin gently, progressing into a more dynamic flow, invigorating and waking up the body, focusing and calming the mind. Cloudia will be leading an inversion workshop, so you can have the time to learn how to get in and fall out of poses and have fun with it.
Gentler evening Yoga will explore asanas and breathing techniques, working with yin yoga and more restorative self practice, helping to refine awareness and prepare you for a good nights sleep.
The weekend will build from one day to the next, enabling the group to make progress in their practice with a toolbox of skills that they can continue to practice at home.
All classes will take place live on zoom, recordings will be available for 14 days if you miss any of the sessions or would like to use them after the retreat.
What you’ll be eating
Detox Kitchen will be delivering: Breakfast, Lunch, Dinner, Pudding, x1 snack pot, x1 juice, x1 ginger shot, x1 tea bag to you for all three days of the retreat.
All meals over the weekend will be vegan, dairy free, refined sugar and wheat free.
Your food boxes will be carefully and quietly dispatched right to your door, so that your breakfast is waiting for you as soon as you are ready to start your day.
Detox Kitchen food boxes will be delivered on Friday and Saturday between 3am-7am, please fill in your delivery details at the checkout for a safe spot to leave these.

What will you need?
You will need a yoga mat, comfy yoga clothes, a laptop or tablet to play the live classes off.
You will need to download the zoom app if you are using a tablet or phone over the weekend.
We will be running a live cook along class with Lily on Saturday afternoon, she will be teaching you how to make cocoa homemade truffles, which you will need to pick up a few ingredients for or you can use what you have at home.
La Maison Wellness will be running a non-alcoholic cocktail masterclass on Friday evening. Ingredients and recipe card will be sent to you on Friday with your delivery. If you have a cocktail shaker in the house that would be great- if not don’t worry!
Detox Kitchen
Lily Simpson founder of Detox Kitchen, believes that the food we eat can have a powerful effect on our health. The focus is on creating nutritious, wholesome food using good quality, seasonal ingredients cooked from scratch daily. Clem Balfour
Clem is an adventurous, fun teacher drawing on her experience after finding yoga over a decade ago, to teach uplifting classes.
Clem teaches an ever-changing sequence inspired by vinyasa flow (aligning breath and movement), which allows her to respond to the energy in the room. Her classes are often set to a modern playlist, combining elements of Yin and Yang, to help balance out your energy and allow you to experience the effects of Yoga for your body and your mind.
Founder of the Yoga Brunch Club, she is on a mission to break down barriers and make yoga more accessible for everyone. The events and retreats are designed to give you the opportunity to pause, breathe, stretch, eat and connect with a new group of people who share similar interests. Combining open level, energising yoga sessions with great food in beautiful surroundings. What more could you want?
Cloudia Hill
Cloudia found yoga whilst working as an actress on tour in the US, going onto train as a teacher with Stewart Gilchrist at The Power Yoga Company, 2012. She continues to practice, learn, train and pass on what she has learnt to you, whilst looking after two whippets and occasionally treading the boards on stage & screen. Cloudia’s natural and honest approach allows you to grow both physically and spiritually on and off the mat.
Sweaty Betty Ambassador Cloudia teaches at the Power Yoga Company and various other brilliant studios in London.
La Maison Wellness
Camille Vidal is the Founder of La Maison Wellness, a multi-media platform that advocates mindful drinking.
Camille is a globally recognised bartender & drink expert who turned mindfulness, yoga and meditation teacher. Vidal brings her wealth of experience within the drinks industry, her passion and creativity with the idea of bringing mindfulness into the glass with her mindful cocktail recipes, inspiring you to drink well and live well like healthy hedonist.

Pip Barsanti
As a yoga teacher, Pip brings strength, power and flow into her classes. She studied Pilates whilst travelling and living in New Zealand that greatly influenced her path, shifting focus onto injury prevention and rehabilitation. On moving back to the UK she ran a boutique Barre fitness studio in Bristol, finding success in challenging the balance, coordination and core strength of many.
With over ten years teaching experience culminating in a vast array of training techniques, Pip has evolved a style of teaching that is fun, precise, and pushes you to achieve your goal.
