EFG London Jazz Festival and Yoga Brunch Club are teaming up to create an immersive Jazz Yoga experience, which will marry movement and music, exploring the powerful effect this unity can have on the individual, and a whole group flowing through a practice as one.
This will be a one hour yoga class, suitable for all abilities led by Emily-Clare Hill, an experienced and passionate yoga Instructor based in London. Emily teaches a fun, dynamic and accessible practice with fluid sequences and offerings rooted in ancient practices such as mantra, meditation and affirmation. The class will focus on the unity of mind and body, as well as the unity of movement and sound.
Accompanying the yoga class will be cellist composer & producer Francesca Ter-Berg. Francesca has worked as a multi-disciplinary artist, known for her unique style inspired by traditional Yiddish music, improvisation, jazz, dub and ethereal string sounds.
Francesca will perform immersive long-form pieces to accompany the yoga class, combining cello, vocals and live electronics, transporting participants into an ethereal soundscape.
Tickets include:
